Customer Support Representitive

Spark Interactive is looking for an experienced Customer Support Representative. This position is responsible for ensuring customers and their accounts are accurately, efficiently, and professionally managed. The CSR manages the relationship with customers, maintains professional telephone and email communication, resolves customer issues/complaints and accurately records problems and requests. 

 

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate must have strong computer skills be comfortable working in an online environment.
  • You should have a basic knowledge of Word Processing (Word or Pages), Spreadsheet (Excel or Numbers) and be willing to quickly learn new computer programs.
  • Position requires strong verbal/written communications skills, excellent time management and problem solving abilities, applying initiative and sound judgment.
  • Must be able to work with members of the development team and be able to take direction from management, other team members and departments.
  • Prior customer service experience, including heavy call volume/call center experience is desirable.
